Good morning to all my faithful readers. I wanna do something  different  on here today. I’m not much of a poet, but today is my dad’s birthday, he would have been 62. Every single piece of me that is good comes from this man. He used to tell me son, when your dumb you gotta be tough. My dad was one of the smartest men I have ever known, along with the toughest. He had a heart that was harder than steel, but shined like gold. His charisma would blind most eyes. The wisdom he tried to teach me fell on deaf ears at the time, for I was lost and blind. Old man how I wish I could turn back the hands of time. How I wish you could see me and mine. Your heart now beats in mine, for I am no longer lost, nor am I blind…
